Boldly Loved is a means to create space to walk alongside others in their own spiritual journey, share ways of understanding God anew through contemplative prayer and teaching, and see people grow in th e depth of their own understanding of who God is and who they are in relationship with God.

Being boldly loved takes courage and vulnerability to be seen by God, ourselves, and others. We offer many ways to navigate life while creating space to experience God on our journey. We offer spiritual direction, supervision, group formation studies, Contemplative Prayer and Journaling Retreats, and various other opportunities.

Cascade Ministries

We offer a variety of spaces to journey with and explore life’s questions and paradoxes creating a ripple effect of ever-increasing wholeness and holiness into other areas of life and faith. Spiritual direction, group classes, book discussions, retreats, spiritual writings and resources, as well as various other opportunities, each offering a unique intersection of life and faith.

Creator Spiritus exists to connect hearts using the arts as tools for engagement. We assist organizations with visioning, art ministry, community art projects, art therapy and soul care initiatives, and using art for worship. At Creator Spiritus, we attempt to provide room for encounter. What does God want to say to you? That is between the two of you.

Good Dirt is the ministry of Lacy Finn Borgo. She walks with folks in their life with God through spiritual direction for adults and children, conferences and retreats, and through books, curriculum, and articles. It is her desire to do life with the Beloved Gardener and help others to do the same.

Imago Dei Ministries was founded in 2004 by Catherine (Katie) and Jim Skurja to come alongside those who are ready to face their inner darkness and uncover their true identity — the image of God within them. Our ministry is dedicated to helping people everywhere engage in a Christ-centered healing process, transforming relationships with God, self, and others through teaching and practical experiential exercises.

Here you’ll find a place of sanctuary, prayed in and stayed in, surrounded by nature where God is near. It’s a place of rest for being and breathing and nurturing your soul in the Way of Jesus. It’s a place of peace. Come, may I offer you space and direction to prepare for the journey God has planned for you.

Poustinia

Take time to retreat, to refrain for a set time from our lives as usual to rest our souls with Him and learn a way of living that is less burdensome and more serene.

It’s in this spirit we welcome you to our Garden Poustinia,
asmallplaceofsactuary nestled in a nearby grove on our 30-acre property in Hillsboro, Oregon. Originally an Eastern Russian Orthodox tradition, a poustinia serves as a hermitage, where one can go for hours of silence and solitude to pray and fast alone in the presence of God.

Jeff is a spiritual director, retreat guide, small group and couples facilitator shaped by over 30 years of pastoral ministry and contemplative practice. Jeff and his wife, Janet, also offer retreat space for reflection, rest, and renewal at their home above the McKenzie River at Vida, Oregon. They are particularly passionate about offering this space to colleagues in ministry. In each expression of his calling, Jeff finds abundant joy in holding space for folks to pay attention to their life in God. The values that center Jeff in this vocation include hopeful trust, hospitality, attentiveness, and integrity. Jeff finds balance in tending garden, photography, wandering, and being Pop Pop to four grandchildren (photos supplied on request).
